• I have a confession.
• My microaggression
• Is largely a creation
• Of some academician.
•  
• I have discovered
• That words I have proffered
• Angers only a wafford
• At heart who’s a coward.
•  
• Words are not guns
• Disputes are not won
• When debaters run
• To censor someone.
•  
• If speech is not free
• Then I can foresee
• That democracy
• Will no longer be.
•  
• So speak your mind
• However defined,
• If I’m not aligned,
• We’ll both be fine.
